I am Yana, my name is short, but my dance journey began at the age of 3, when I was captivated by the magic of folk dances. I haven't stopped dancing since then. Folk dancing also opened my senses to other styles of music. I have participated in many international festivals in Romania, Serbia, Belarus, Greece, Poland. We presented Bulgaria with its traditions and strength to each of them.

I love the variety of life, so it is in dance. My love for them expanded into other styles as well, such as contemporary dance, hip-hop, break. I have taken part in various performances, concerts, dance videos, theatrical reenactments, folklore festivals.

I participated in the organization of a dance festival in my city - "Vratsa dances", which I hope will soon have another edition and we will continue to develop the dance society.

It was a great pleasure for me to be part of the Metnor UNIT program and to work with Stefani Buchova.

For me, dance is like the light of day - you always know it will come and shower you with its warmth....
